Huge improvement over the first one!
Its been forever since I made any postings, and I come back to NG's hearing this...very decent.
I do however have a gripe...3:45, it cuts out and you have an extended amount of silence at the end. Correct that if you would please.

lol yea, logic fucked up on me when i bounced it, ima probably send this to a guy to get mastered and ill re upload it

This piece is actually something that I would sit down and listen to while writing papers for college. The atmosphere that this lil tidbit creates is most epic indeed. The change of pace at 3:05 caught my attention instantly as the general feel when from mellow, to mellow-dramatic, WHICH is a great touch!

I want to hear much more of your Works-in-progress :D
I look forward to many more masterpieces like this....don't shy away from getting an early, pre-submission review from your listeners :-3

Fictionalhead responds:

Many thanks! I generally just upload my finished albums to NewGrounds for people to use once they've been out for a while, so there's plenty of more tunes uploaded already to look through if you're interested!

You tried to give it a Jenova Absolute feel...while it's catchy, its too simple.
Not a bad revision that's for sure...maybe attempt to snag up some better samples? Im sure there are lots of remixers on this site that could point you in the right direction :)

Mau3000 responds:

Thank you for reviewing!
I really don't get what you mean by "simple" and, about the samples quality, well, they are all free, haha. I don't have the money to pay for good samples, so that's all I have.
You mean the mix is simple? Because this is a quite hard song to transcribe! Again, thanks for reviewing!

For a First Project, not bad at all.
The looping is surprisingly on key for a 1st-timer.
You had done very well for your first tidbit of awesomeness.

This isn't ambient at all...this screams Dark Side, and for some reason...the melody suits my persona PERFECTLY...Why 4 stars? Too short >.<

Still loved this piece...(been on repeat for a lil while now)

NGKFlower responds:

thanks. maybe i might try FL again someday, i know i can get the hang of it.

Im jealous! No matter how zealous I become trying to do solo's I usually fuck them up...and you just really pissed me off with this piece! But look at it as a good thing...makes me strive to become better and start to publish my own solo's in the for-seen future.

The vocal's were a damn good touch and makes the piece extremely epic in it's own accord. Props! Fiver for you! 4.5 rating because I wanted to just piss you off for pissing me off! @_@ keep up the damn good work son!

DanJohansen responds:

YOU FIEND!!!!!! You took a half star from me you... you...!!! XD Thanks man, glad you dig it, I am posting another tune soon, hope you don't shave off a whole star then :(

For a "Demo" piece this sounds pretty fuckin' complete to me. There is no need for lyrics what so ever in my gods to honest opinion. Everything flow's so well, and the rifts by them self scream LISTEN TO ME NOW BITCH! lol!

I had to listen to this about 4 times before I decided to download it :P Excellent job!

gu3Shaw responds:

Thanks! I guess I just critique myself to heavily. haha. I'm glad you like it as an instrumental! One day I'll have the version with vocals up, cause it's pretty awesome all together. :P

Why do I get the feeling I'm actually playing CC right now? O.o

RokaiYotama responds:

Because you want to play again just to hear this song in game >:D

I gotta say I am very impressed with what you did here. I love the melody as it takes me back to my quest 64 grinding days...ahh the childhood memories that game gave me! The melody reminds me of Isle of Skye's theme.
Very soothing, yet mysterious.

Great job and the loop is FLAWLESS!

Keiichi93 responds:

Thanks :) I'm glad to know that it had that impact on you. The older generation games were something else, and the Tales series had a huge impact on me for the Gamecube. The music in those games are what inspired me to make music for games. I'm also glad how the loop came out. Wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was, honestly.

I catch a sudden change in the wind, as this has somewhat a DBGT feel to it starting at 1:00.
Dont know why, but it sounded soo familiar to me, and I liked that. The pick-me-up at 1:30 was exceptional, and flawless.
Through out the entire piece I pick up on heavy mood swings, and that is also a plus! A very well written and executed piece I must say so myself. Keep it up ^_^

Demon-Slayer12 responds:

Thank you! I never got into DBGT, I stopped after DBZ haha. This isn't my most complex work, but its more from the heart I guess than a lot of my latest tunes. The mood swings just reflect my personality I guess haha.

Get Jiggy With it!
Oh wait, this isn't A will smith track...
Anyway, love the way your lead sounds, and the drums sound equally nice. What really makes this piece stand out by far would be the atmosphere it creates. Decided to listen to some NG artists without headphones today, and this one particular piece has caught the mrs attention, and she liked. Shes particularly picky about her music and she liked this one. For that, I award you 5 Stars!

RobSoundtrack responds:

Wow that's some awesome insight!!
Thanks so much man; really glad you could both get down to it!
I appreciate the thoughtful review!!

Like Metal, Rock, BGM Revisions & Mixes. Comical Flashes, Parody's, and anything that will entertain me. I will critique to the fullest, add some ideas, pointers, and maybe even assist you in creation of high quality projects.
