It keeps a common feel through out the beginning portions, but there are some nice renditions you got going. Sure, people follow trends that will attract listeners, and that is a given. What I like most about this piece in general is the atmosphere that it creates. You stay true through the entire piece, where as you state that this should be listened to while climbing an icy mountain of the sort.

In that respect, towards the middle of your piece, you create a climax of chaos, then pick right back up to your original beat.

Job well done!

Just as brutal as the others you put forth...and of course, your reasoning for not being able to add the effects = Rules...BLAH!

Critical Hit to the Ego incoming!

Your take on One Winged Angel doesn't mesh well with the original feel at all. The style mix-up you put into this threw me WAY off! Given this is an unfinished piece (I still haven't heard the finished work yet) makes me wonder exactly what you planned(or planning) to do with this lil tidbit of awesomeness.

Something also caught my attention about this piece and I don't know if this was intentional or not, but it loops almost perfectly. Everything about this piece screams how chaotic the Final battle was in FF7...and how much of a pain in the ass it was without HP UP Maxed...or the zeidrich armlets O.o AND RIBBONS! OMG how I got sick and tired of being annihilated by super nova...and this brings back them good ole days of playing FF7!

Loved it, made me feel as if I had walked into something soo dark and mysterious that I never want to leave! You guys should literally sell your music as is, I mean c'mon, there are tons of people that love just the melodies alone, as we all know some vocals just kill the piece.

Your work on the other hand, I doubt the vocals will kill this track.
